Workshops & Training

Evidence-based presentations and trainings for schools, parent groups, community organizations, and clinical teams — from a single talk to a full training series.

Some of the most useful work happens outside the therapy room, with the adults who spend the most time around young people. We offer workshops and trainings for schools, parent groups, community organizations, and clinical teams, sized to your audience and the time you actually have — a lunchtime staff talk, a parent evening, or a series that builds skills over several sessions.

For schools, common topics include recognising the early signs of eating disorders and anxiety in students, how to raise a concern without making things worse, supporting a student returning from treatment, and when and how to involve parents. For parent and community groups, we focus on what to watch for at home and what actually helps.

For clinical teams and organizations, we provide training grounded in the evidence-based models we use every day — practical, case-based, and honest about where the research is thin. Tell us who is in the room and what you want them to leave able to do, and we will shape the session around that.
