Group Therapy
Small, clinician-led groups where the other people in the room are working on the same thing you are.
All servicesA group offers something individual work cannot: time with people who recognise the problem from the inside. Not having to explain yourself from the beginning is, for many people, the part that matters most.
Our groups are small and led by a clinician. A meeting usually combines a short teaching piece, structured practice, and time to work through where things came apart during the week. Some people attend a group alongside individual therapy; for others it stands on its own.
Groups form periodically around a shared focus and a shared stage of treatment, so what is running changes through the year. Ask us what is open now — or tell us what you are looking for, and we will be in touch when it forms.
